Refund policy
We have a no refund policy, which means that after you place your order we are not able to accommodate refunds, this being due every single order is a hand crafted custom / personalized product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@bruja.us if your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide pictures of damaged orders.
Exchanges
We do not provide product exchanges.
Refunds
If for some reason we have to issue you a reimbursement (for example if a class got cancelled) you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, we are not able to change payment methods in our system. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.
Class and workshop purchases are non - refundable.
